Classroom courses:

SS Training Connections requires a minimum of 3 days cancellation notice prior to the course date.

Should a student need to cancel with less than the required notice period, SS Training Connections will retain the full course fee.  Cancellations made earlier than 3 days before a course will be fully refunded.

Required cancellation notice based on terms and conditions stated in the approved quote.
